Hi, I'm Kelli!
I am a user experience researcher—I study critical human interactions at varying scales within our urban and digital environments.
Currently, I lead design research at Maark: A WillowTree Company, a digital product agency, to expand user experience research within our creative process. Before that, I worked as a Design Research Associate while pursuing a master’s degree in Human Factors in Information Design at Bentley University to design accessible civic and urban interfaces through comprehensive research of human factors and cities’ needs. I bring two years of industry experience in urban design and architecture, which focused on design at the scale of neighborhoods and master planning. Previously, I assisted research and curate exhibitions and publications, which explored community engagement, public-interest design initiatives, and contemporary methods of education.
